Advantages and methods to drink more water

Most people think that water is needed only when felt thirsty and this really a costly mistake where those people who are thinking like this are losing several benefits of drinking more water. Though water mayn’t have nutrients and others as the food we take it is very essential and plays a key role in our body and do you know that 66% of our body weight consists of water and this speaks how important the water is.

Let me first explain briefly the benefits of drinking more water and later we can see how can we manage to drink more water daily.

1.by drinking more water you can keep your brain healthy

2.it regulates body temperature especially when we do exercises and loose more liquid in the form of sweat

3.reduces the risk of heart attacks – (this is analyzed and studied by researchers by observing a group of people)

4.removes unwanted waste and toxins from our body in the form of urine , sweat and body secretions so removal of toxins is directly related to the amount of water we take

5.metabolism is raised which helps our body in utilizing the nutrients to the maximum possible

6.you can enjoy healthy and fresh skin as drinking water increases blood circulation and several factors involving in this process of benefiting the skin

7.it regulates body temperature thus there wont be any extreme temperature fluctuation in the body of those who drink more water

8.it helps in digestion , reduces constipation ,suppresses appetite

9.asthma is lessened, stress is reduced, fat is metabolized

10.finally more important thing which most people suffer is gaining weight , by drinking water you can control taking food when felt eating and if possible liquid foods should be taken which helps in controlling weight.

The quatity of water taken by a person is characteristic and it depends weight ,activity level and climate. Generally most people follow “8 by 8″ rule – (drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day ( 1.8 liters,2 quarts)

To drink more water daily i can suggest you some steps :

1.take water with you where ever you go with a bottle or any think you like
2.add lemon or some flavor or sugar to taste better instead of drinking plain water
3.keep water near you so that you can drink water easily and acts as a reminder even.
