foods you should resist-
chocolates,
cheese aerated drinks
fried foods
foods you must concentrate
lot of fresh fruits
green vegetables with plenty of water
1.Dont keep your hands on your face. – this is very important because bacteria and others oils which are present usually on hands can spread the acne and makes the condition much more worse and the common done by people is feeling the pimples and popping them all day and this should not be done and controlled
2.Wash your face with warm water and a soft cloth (2-3 times a day) -tough wash cloth should be avoided
3.Powder (baby powder) can help in drying out your pimples and getting rid of them.
4.Eat plenty of nutritional that are high in fiber content, zinc and protein.
-dont forget to take plenty of water which helps to remove a lot of toxins out of your body.
