Tips and methods to keep your liver healthy

Here are some important things to be noted :
1. Food is the most important factor for a healthy liver and we must be very careful in choosing right kind of food which will not hamper our body as well as most importantly liver.Especially junk foods, spicy foods, fired foods, fatty foods, poisonous drugs and alcohol are harmful to the liver and we should avoid taking those foods.Foods like fruits ,vegetables and fibrous foods are very good in proper functioning of liver.
2. Water is also an important factor and clean and pure drinking water is good aid for liver.
3. Taking to many drugs for simple reasons is also not good ans we should concentrate on other alternatives like naturopathy in case of any illness.
4. Substances such as pesticides,chemicals, germicides sprayed on foods like vegetables and fruits are very dangerous in effecting the liver function so they must be thoroughly washed before eating.
5.This tip will be very good if followed and its nothing but FASTING THERAPY – this therapy of fasting weekly 1 or 2 days with fruit juices ,lemon water or some coconut water when our digestion upsets is an excellent practice to give rest to liver and body physiologically.
6.Physical activities like walking , jogging and yoga should be done regularly for better condition of liver and especially if you do yoga it will be extremely helpful in the production of essential hormones by liver.

alcohol and fat is known to be bad for lever. but I know some other substance are not very friendly for lever and some are good. What about salt, milk, green tea, coffee, etc.
