People now a days are really worried about their increasing stomach size due to fat and even i suffered from that and worried a lot about my physique so finally i made up my mind and discussed with several health experts and discussed with and followed some steps and methods which really helped me and i hope those methods will help you too.

Here are those simple tips-

1.try to avoid eating late night – this habit of eating late night will increase fat so better before sleeping 3 hrs you complete your dinner.

2.rather than having 3 full meals a day you can have 4 to 5 short meals with 2-3 hrs gap after every meal

3. food you must control and resist- sweets, refined sugars, junk food and fried foods

4.avoid or control in taking carbohydrate rich food like rice but take food rich in protein and fiber

5.i have seen so many people neglecting morning breakfast and it is a big mistake as researchers say that daily energy requirement breakfast plays an important role so you can control in taking less quantity in lunch and dinner

6.when ever you are free try to move your stomach with some movements like in and out and this will help in tightening the muscles and very interesting thing here is that you can do stomach vacuum which is nothing but you have to suck your stomach in for about 30 seconds and do it several times a day with a periodic gap and you will notice changes with great result

7.drink more water daily and this increases your metabolism and burn your fat and helps in decreasing fat

8.follow exercises related to belly (stomach) which helps you to concentrate particularly on that area- for this i will give you this video link where you can know exercises with help you decrease belly fat and also six pack body exercises.

9.some time stress also plays a key role in increasing belly size as some hormones which are produced during stress will encourage this increase in stomach size so if you feel that this problem is due to your stress problems then try to reduce your stress by doing some yoga
