I really hope that the person who showed interest to read this post – how to control from
alcohol will be certainly benefited if he/she takes a strong decision to battle this widespread addiction of drinking alcohol. I made this note because first point to be remembered before controlling any addictions is to have positive thinking, determination and dedication.

of alcohol consumption, this will help you be firm and also strengthen your dedication and will power.

a) You can prevent the health problems caused by this habit like liver damage, diabetes and obesity.

b) You can control the family and relationship problems.

c) You can reduce your legal problems that occurred due to alcohol misuse.

d) You will be productive at your work and job hours.

e) You can prevent the harm to your unborn baby if you are pregnant.



8. This is very complicated point which should be noted seriously that some addicts have problems of withdrawal where they go into shock. So you better consult the physician if you have these problems and get the prescribed medication to lead a happy alcohol free life.
