    People nowadays are very interested to know things regarding the diabetes and its effects on health and first question arising in their minds is that ” What is normal blood glucose(sugar) levels ?”. I hope this post will clear all those basic doubts regarding normal glucose levels and its regulation. Normal glucose levels fall between 70 mg and 150 mg. Important points to be remembered here are: 1. Levels are lower in morning and rise after meals. 2. Sugar levels consistently above 150 are indicative of hyperglycemia or high blood sugar, similarly levels falling consistently below 70 are suggestive of hypoglycemia or low blood sugar.     What is muscular dystrophy? It is a genetic , muscular disorder characterized by slow progressive wasting of muscles . Victims usually get it from one or both parents, but there have been cases of spontaneous mutation, too. the prognosis depends on the type and progression. Symptoms: Clumsiness , difficulty in walking and/or standing and respiratory trouble.
