Best ever methods and tips to control back pain

This time I am going to suggest you some useful tips and suggestions for a most common problem faced my many people, which is “Back pain”.
The reasons for back pain are:
1. bad posture
2. keeping pressure on back by lifting more weight at once
3. making use of the back muscles in your activities which use very less (this is most common problem)
Things you should do to get relief when you get hurt to your lower back:
1. For relief the best position is – lie your back on the floor and you must keep the pillows under your knees with your knees and hips bent. The reason doing this is to take weight and pressure off your back.
Note: this must be one 1-2 days and continuing this activity longer time weakens your muscles which may further slow down your recovery.
2. Massages and ice packs and also mainly heating pads will help you to get relief by relaxing muscle spasms which are painful.
3. Medicines (nonprescription) that decrease pain or swellings include aspirin, naproxen, ketoprofen, acetaminophen, and ibuprofen.
While sitting:
a) try to keep your hip a little lower than your knees
b) try to move body as a whole instead of twisting your waist
c) maintain your posture by sitting straight or you can use low-back support chairs
d) while driving:
1) Move your seat forward and sit straight so that you need not bent forward to operate the controls.
2) If you have to drive for a long period then try to keep a towel (rolled) or a pillow behind your back (lower).
While standing: 
a) if you should stand for a long duration, then try to rest one foot on a low stool to reduce your back (lower) pressure
b) remember for 10-15 minutes you must change the foot you are placing on the stool
c) keep your hips and shoulders in a straight line and your head facing up
While sleeping:
a) if you habit of sleeping on your back then put pillows under your and a small pillow under your back (lower), unless you put a pillow under your hip don’t sleep on your stomach
b) the best method is to turn one side and keep your knees bent and keep a pillow under your head to give support to neck and also a pillow in between Ur knees
c) a firm mattress must be used and if you are using a very soft one then make sure that a plywood must be under your mattress to support
Tips to control beck pain:
a) instead of pulling heavy objects to move, try to push them
b) wear low heal shoes or flat shoes maintaining heal one inch or lower
c) regular exercise is must as dull and lazy lifestyle causes back pain when you have to heavy work
d) try to break up the time if you have to sit for a long time and do some stretching and relax
e) try to do exercises which can help you in strengthening your muscles (back)
Please consult your doctor if your pain is so intense, caused by injury, prolonging pain, pain radiating to your knees and feet, and if you find symptoms like fewer, vomiting, sweating or weakness.
