A very general questionAre men careless? To be honest, Yes. In most of the cases when it comes to personal hygiene, men have been found careless. It hasn’t been the same case with women. 1) Kickoff “white foods” from your diet - processed foods, white flour and white sugar are not only lack of minerals and vitamins but they have also got their natural fiber removed in their making process. These foods will rapidly rise up blood sugar levels and may lead to weight gain, diabetes and several other health problems.

Tip: try to avoid baked foods and breads that made with white flour, sugar containing sodas, junk foods. Rather focus on fiber rich vegetables, fruits, whole grains and legumes.

2)   You can take a daily mineral and multivitamin supplement – though we all know very well that there is no better substitute for good natural diet. But your nutrition may not contains all the nutrients you need due to several reasons like :
a) soil quality may not be good
b) poor storage of food
c) Cooking may cause depletion of some minerals and vitamins
